Ms. Pritika Gandhi (Co-Founder)
Ms. Gandhi, a Postgraduate from Thapar University, is a seasoned IT and education professional with over 16 years of experience. Her strong academic background in computer science laid the foundation for a career that seamlessly blends industry expertise with educational leadership.
She began her professional journey as a QA Engineer at Infogain India Pvt. Ltd., where she gained in-depth knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and project workflows. This industry experience gave her a practical perspective on how technology is applied in real-world scenarios.
Driven by her passion for teaching, she transitioned into academia, bringing her corporate knowledge into the classroom. At Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management (SACCM), Ludhiana, she served as a Asssitant Professor, helping students connect theoretical concepts with practical applications.
Her leadership skills were further recognized when she became the Head of the Computer Department and CBSE Coordinator at Bal Bharati Public School, Ludhiana. There, she successfully integrated technology into academics, leading curriculum planning, digital transformation initiatives, and modern teaching practices.
With a career that bridges both corporate IT and academic education, Ms. Gandhi ensures that TechnoTykes delivers industry-aligned, skill-based training. Ms. Monika Wadhwa, a Gold Medalist in her Master’s in Computer Applications, is a visionary educator and IT professional with over a decade of experience in both industry and academics.
Her teaching journey began as an Assistant Professor at GNIMT, where she guided students in advanced computing concepts and practical applications. She then joined Bal Bharati Public School as a Computer Science faculty member, contributing to curriculum development and hands-on learning initiatives. These experiences allowed her to gain a nuanced understanding of student needs, modern teaching methodologies, and the effective integration of technology in education.
Ms. Wadhwa strongly believes that effective learning goes beyond traditional lectures.
